Returns & Refunds
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Once we drop off your products/packages to the postal service, it is no longer our responsibility. If you encounter any issues, you must contact the postal service to get the issue resolved.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns on packages that have been opened or the seal has been breached. If packaging has been opened, we cannot issue a refund due to the fact we can not resell those goods to customers in regards to sanitary practices.
DAMAGED RETURN GOODS
All new or used products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
All Product(s) must be shipped back within 1-2 days of the original delivery date.
Product(s) must be in original, unused and undamaged conditions to receive a full refund.
MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS
Any purchases containing damaged items or which are missing must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact us and we'll take care of the issue immediately.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the normal return procedure described above.
REFUND
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
